About:

Duskkeeper is a 2D action game built in Godot, set in a peaceful woodland that comes under threat each night. The player takes on the role of a lone guardian tasked with protecting a small shop and the surrounding glade from hostile creatures that emerge from ancient obelisks.

Gameplay unfolds on a flat, side-view plane with a focus on combat, timing, and preparation rather than platforming. As the day–night cycle progresses, obelisks awaken and spawn enemies after nightfall. Defeated creatures drop coins, which can be spent at the shop on essential supplies such as food and attack or shield potions to survive increasingly dangerous nights.

By balancing combat, resource management, and strategic preparation between days, the Keeper must hold the line against the darkness and ensure the light does not fade.
